  The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) organized the extracurricular topic “Strengthening strategic leadership skills in the public sector” for regular students of the Advanced Political Theory Classes in the afternoon of March 28, 2023.

• News report on the topic "Developing enterprises and improving the investment environment in Vietnam"

  The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) organized a news report on the topic "Developing enterprises and improving the investment environment in Vietnam" in the afternoon of March 16, 2023. The event was held offline to students from full-time training advanced political theory classes, K73.A01 to K73.A18 and online for students from full-time training advanced political theory classes, K73.A19 to K73.A21 in Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen and Hai Phong.

• Training course for Party Central Committee’s alternate members concludes

  The Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission and the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) on March 16 held a closing ceremony for a training course that updated knowledge for alternate members of the 13th Party Central Committee. 

• Seminar titled “Some theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the path towards socialism in Vietnam”

  The Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) organized an in-person seminar on the topic titled “Some theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the path towards socialism in Vietnam” for its students of full-time advanced political theory classes in the afternoon of 10th March 2023. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Quang Dinh, Director of Institute of Philosophy under the HCMA was the presenter.

• Opening ceremony of master and doctoral degrees programs 2022

  The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) held the opening ceremony of the master's and doctoral degrees programs 2022 in the afternoon of February 9, 2023. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam, Deputy Party Secretary, HCMA Vice President attended and chaired the ceremony.

• Opening the professional training course on financial management, property and construction investment in 2022

  Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) opened the professional Training Course on financial, property and construction investment management in the morning of December 06th 2022 for cadres who do these tasks within the Academy system. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, HCMA Standing Vice President attended and chaired the Ceremony.

• Opening a refresher course to update knowledge for Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of Party Committees under the Party Committee of the Central Business Bloc in 2022

  The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) in collaboration with the Party Committee of the Central Enterprise Bloc started a training course to update knowledge for Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the bloc’s Party Committees in the morning of November 30, 2022. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, HCMA President, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council attended and chaired the ceremony.

• Opening ceremony of the global forum of Vietnamese Young Intellectuals

  The Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union held the opening ceremony of the 5th Global Forum of Vietnamese Young Intellectuals, 2022 in the morning of November 11 in Ben Tre province with the theme “Young intellectuals promote the application of science and technology, innovation, contributing to the recovery of national economic development after the pandemic”.

• Opening ceremony of the training course on organizing work and the propagandizing work for cadres of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party in 2022

  Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) held opening ceremony of the training course on organizing work and propagandizing work for the Lao People's Revolutionary Party in the afternoon of November 9th 2022 in Hanoi.

• Opening ceremony of the training course to update knowledge for leaders and managers under the management of the Standing Board of the Hai Duong Party Committee in 2022 (second class)

  Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) in collaboration with the Standing Board of` the Hai Duong Party Committee held the opening ceremony of the training course to update knowledge for leaders and managers under the management of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee in 2022 (second class) in the morning of August 8, 2022 in Hai Duong.

• Training conference on “Strengthening capacity of first-time elected provincial People’s Council deputies”

  With the consent of the Secretariat of the Vietnamese Communist Party’s Central Committee, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Vietnam organized a training conference titled "Strengthening the capacity of first-time elected Provincial People's Council deputies" from July 11 to 12, 2022 to provide more knowledge and share the most important skills from Provincial People's Council deputies.

• Lao national academy includes Ho Chi Minh's complete works into curriculum

  The Lao National Academy of Politics and Public Administration on July 1 announced and guided the teaching and studying of Ho Chi Minh's complete works with a collection of 15 books and a Ho Chi Minh study dictionary at the facility.

• Opening of the Professional Translating and Interpreting Skills Training Course

  In the afternoon of June 20, 2022, Department of International Cooperation of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) held the Opening Ceremony of the Professional Translating Skills Training Course. Assoc. Dr. Duong Trung Y, Vice President of HCMA attended and delivered the opening speech to the class.

• Opening ceremony of a training course on human rights for editors-in-chief, reporters, and editors of press agencies

  The Executive Board of Human Rights Education Project under Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) organized an opening ceremony of a training course on human rights for editors-in-chief, reporters, and editors of press agencies in the northern region of Vietnam in the morning of 13th June 2022 in Ninh Binh province.

• Opening ceremony of a training course on leadership, public policy, and gender in leadership and management

  The Institute of Leadership and Public Policy on 6th June 2022 coordinated with Department of Organization and Personnel to organize an opening ceremony of a training course to provide updated knowledge on leadership, public policy, and gender in leadership and management for lecturers of the Institute (under Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics); lecturers teaching the Science of Leadership, Gender in Leadership and Management subjects at Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics – Region I, II, III, and IV; part-time and visiting lecturers. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam, Deputy Secretary of the Academy's Party Committee, Vice President of the Academy, attended and delivered an opening speech at the event.

• Opening ceremony of the training of trainers course on the program to foster and update knowledge for officials under the management of the Standing Committee of the district, sub-district, town and city party committees and equivalents (subject 4)

  Implementing the plan to train and foster political theory lecturers in 2022, in the afternoon of April 18th, 2022, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) held the opening ceremony of a training of trainers (ToT) course on the program to foster and update knowledge for officials under the management of the Standing Committee of the district, sub-district, town and city party committees and equivalents (subject 4) for officials and lecturers participating in teaching programs at political schools of provinces and centrally-run cities in an online form. Assoc. Prof., Dr. Duong Trung Y, Vice President of HCMA attended and chaired the ceremony.

• Opening ceremony of the training course on Marxist-Leninist classics and Ho Chi Minh Thought

  On April 16th, 2022, at Truong Chinh Political School in Nam Dinh province, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) held the opening ceremony of a training course on Marxist-Leninist classics and Ho Chi Minh Thought for 63 officials and lecturers of political schools of 4 provinces, including Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Ha Nam and Nghe An. Assoc. Prof., Dr. Duong Trung Y, Vice President of HCMA attended and delivered the opening speech at the ceremony.

• Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics holds the Opening Ceremony of Classes for Undergraduate, Master's and Doctoral Degrees in 2021

  In the morning of December 24th, 2021, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics solemnly held the opening ceremony of classes for undergraduate, master's and doctoral degrees in 2021. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics attended and chaired the Ceremony.

• Opening ceremony of the fostering and updating knowledge course for Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee at provincial and equivalent levels in 2021

  In the morning of December 7, 2021, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics cooperated with Central Inspection Commission to hold the opening ceremony for a fostering and updating knowledge course for Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee at provincial and equivalent levels in 2021 in online and offline forms.

• Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics’s closing ceremony of the academic year 2020-2021

  In the afternoon of August 12nd, 2021, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) held an online closing ceremony of the school year 2020-2021. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, member of the Politburo, President of HCMA, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council attended, delivered a speech and chaired the ceremony.

• Opening ceremony of the training course on Marxist-Leninist classics and Ho Chi Minh Thought in 2021

  In the morning of August 10, 2021, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) held the opening ceremony of a training course on Marxist-Leninist classics and Ho Chi Minh Thought in 2021 for officials and lecturers of the entire Academy and political schools of provinces and centrally-run cities in an online form. Assoc. Prof., Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac, Vice President of HCMA attended, chaired and delivered the opening speech at the ceremony.

• Opening ceremony of the training course for knowledge and leadership skills on digital transformation in 2021

  In the morning of August 4th, 2021, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) held virtually the opening ceremony of a training course for knowledge and leadership skills on digital transformation in 2021 for leaders and managers of the Academy. Assoc.Prof., Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac, Vice President of HCMA attended, chaired and delivered the opening speech at the ceremony.

• Extracurricular topic "Strategic leadership skills for middle-level leaders and managers" for students

  To implement the training plan for 2021, from 12 to 14 April 2021, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics in collaboration with the Australian Embassy through the Aus4 Skills Program organized the extracurricular topics "Strategic leadership skills for middle-level leaders and managers” for students of the Advanced Political Theory Class A01-K71.

• International Knowledge Sharing Program: Expanded topical seminar on “Leadership and digital transformation towards a human economy”

  On April, 13rd - 14th, 2021, the Center for International Knowledge Exchange, the Department of Training Management, and the Department of International Cooperation of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics coordinated to organize an expanded topical seminar on “Leadership and Digital Transformation towards a Human Economy: from Theory to Practice in Vietnam” for 640 students in 13 Advanced Political Theory classes (from K71.A02 to K71.A14).

• Opening the master and doctoral training classes in 2020

  Implementing the teaching and learning plan, in the morning of March 16th, 2021, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) held the opening ceremony of the master and doctoral training classes in 2020. Assoc. Prof, Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam, Deputy Party Secretary, HCMA Vice President attended and chaired the ceremony.

• Opening the first training class for political theory lecturers

  Implementing the tasks of Project 587, in the afternoon of March 15th, 2021, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) held the opening ceremony of the first training class of political theory lecturers who are cadres and lecturers at the Academy and the political schools of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government. Prof., Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, HCMA President, Chairman of Central Theoretical Council attended, chaired and delivered his speech at the ceremony.
