Overview of the ceremony

Attending the opening ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, HCMA Vice President; Mr.Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Mr. Nguyen Hong Son, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and 76 leaders and managers under the management of the Standing Board of the Hai Duong Party Committee.

Appreciating the results of the first class with 66/67 comrades eligible to be granted a Graduation Certificate, Mr. Le Van Hieu suggested that the students in the second class continue to make efforts in learning, supplementing and updating knowledge to improve their qualifications, political spirit, leadership, management and administration mindset.

Comrade Le Van Hieu requested that during the time of studying and fostering knowledge, students should improve their responsibilities, focus on studying, actively exchange and discuss with lecturers and other students to successfully complete the training and updating knowledge program, gaining useful results to serve well the leadership and direction at the locality and their own units.

During 5 days from August 8 to 12, 2022, learners would be trained and update their knowledge on the topics: The current world situation and Vietnam's foreign policy; renewal of the growth model and restructuring of the economy on the basis of science-technology and innovation; improvement of the Party's leadership and ruling capacity in new conditions; consistent and creative application and development of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought; Ho Chi Minh and our Party's ideology on preventing and controlling degradation of political thought, morality, lifestyle and manifestations of "self-evolution", "self-transformation"; local management and leadership skills; national defense strategy in the new situation; vision, goals and development orientation of the country until the mid-21st century and its application to local development practice; building and promoting Vietnamese cultural values ​​and human strength in the spirit of the 13th National Party Congress.

Previously, from July 11 to 15, 2022, the HCMA collaborated with the Standing Board of the Hai Duong Party Committee to organize the first training course to update knowledge for leaders and managers under the management of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee in 2022/./
