Assoc.Prof.Dr Nguyen Duy Bac, Vice President of HCMA gave a speech at the opening ceremony

Speaking at the opening of the training class, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac, Vice President of HCMA affirmed: fostering knowledge of Marxist-Leninist classics and Ho Chi Minh's thought for cadres, lecturers and researchers are very important in improving professional capacity and political bravery timely to meet the requirements and tasks assigned by the Party and the State in the new situation. Attending the class, students have the opportunity to systematize the knowledge of Marxist-Leninist classics and Ho Chi Minh's thought introduced by experienced professors and researchers at the Academy. From there, they will be equipped with new approaches and thinking methods to grasp the core of classic works, improve the quality of teaching and scientific research.

During the study process, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac asked the students to focus on researching classic works, write essays and notes with full quality, ensuring requirements, discipline and rules. In doing so, they will be able to acquire the experience and knowledge that the lecturers impart, and transform the knowledge into their work, lessons, articles and research works. At the same time, they can also apply the ideological knowledge of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought in the struggle to protect the ideological foundation of the Party, fighting against hostile wrong views, and well implementing the Resolution 35 adopted by the Politburo.

The training course is conducted in an online form

In the context of complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, the class was held virtually with more than 50 students who are officials, lecturers, researchers from the Academy system and political schools in the provinces and municipalities. The training course will focus on learning, researching and discussing the classics of K. Marx, F. Engels; typical works of V.I. Lenin and President Ho Chi Minh such as The German Ideology, Origins of the Family, Private Property and the State; Materialism and Empirio-criticism, The Revolutionary Road, Declaration of Independence, , and so on.
