Assoc.Prof.Dr Nguyen Duy Bac, Vice President of HCMA delivers a speech at the ceremony

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Assoc.Prof.Dr Nguyen Duy Bac, Vice President of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, said that the country's digital transformation, e-government building, digital economy and digital society development, preparation of human resources for digital transformation are important contents that were adopted by the Party and State, set out in the Documents of the 13^th National Party Congress. Therefore, fostering knowledge and leadership skills for digital transformation is necessary for the leaders and managers; at the same time, thereby contributing to providing and equipping the Academy's managers and lecturers with new knowledge on building e-government, digital transformation, digital economy development, human resources and skills for digital transformation, etc.

In order for the class to achieve the goals, Assoc. Prof., Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac asked the students to fully participate, actively exchange and discuss with lecturers and experts of Ministry of Information and Communications, thereby absorbing new knowledge base applied into staff training, fostering, scientific research, digital transformation development in management and administration of HCMA.

An overview of the training course

The training course for knowledge and leadership skills on digital transformation for leaders and managers of the Academy system took place from August 4-6, 2021. The content of the training course includes topics such as Building e-Government towards implementing Digital Government in Vietnam; National Digital Transformation Program; Digital Economy Development; Digital Infrastructure and Information Security; Digital Human Resources and New Labor Skills, etc.
