To implement the training plan for 2021, from 12 to 14 April 2021, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics in collaboration with the Australian Embassy through the Aus4 Skills Program organized the extracurricular topics "Strategic leadership skills for middle-level leaders and managers” for students of the Advanced Political Theory Class A01-K71.
Ambassador Robyn Mudie shared with the class
Taking place in the new normal, the Classroom is designed to apply digital technology, combining face-to-face and online training methods with the application of online applications and softwares to support teaching. Design content and training methods combine theory and practice. The guest experts are veteran politicians and diplomats of Vietnam and Australia (Ambassador Nguyen Thi Phuong Nga, Ambassador Robyn Mudie), and experts from RMIT, especially Prof. Tran Ngoc Anh - experienced experts from Indiana University USA.
During the study period, 49 students of the Advanced Political Theory Class A01-K71 had experts and scientists sharing their experience, information, and practical skills in the practice of leadership and management, through topics such as “Leadership of public organizations and Maxell’s principles”, “Self-leadership and determination of strategic roadmaps”, “Leadership in the public sector and Eastern philosophy”, “Leading Others”, “Forecasting in an insecure digital era”, and so on.
