Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, HCMA Standing Vice President delivered the opening speech

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the training course, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac emphasized that training and fostering played a very important role in the process of improving the capacity of civil servants and public employees. In order to meet the requirements of the nation’s comprehensive renovation, the Party and State always require cadres, civil servants and public employees sufficient in quantity and strong in quality. They need to have professional knowledge, high professionalism, and strong political will to meet the requirements of the emergent tasks. Especially, in the period when the country is in the development and international economic integration period, increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of financial, property and construction investment management work for civil servants and public employees in the whole Academy system is very important and necessary. 

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac said the HCMA has paid much attention to financial, property and construction investment over the past time. These tasks have been better complied with the current State regulations.

Overview of the ceremony

In order to increase the effectiveness, efficiency of financial, property and construction investment management work for civil servants and public employees, the HCMA held the professional Training Course with the aim of providing the professional training, disseminating and updating new issued documents, mechanism and policies to implement well and consistently throughout the whole Academy, as well as discussing and evaluating 2022 budget tasks, finding ways to overcome difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process and orienting the tasks of estimating budget in the coming time.

In order to achieve the goals of the training course, the HCMA Standing Vice President requested the organizing committee and the lecturers ensure the seriousness and effectiveness of the regulations. The knowledge imparted must be basic, practical, up-to-date and modern. It is recommended that the students should raise their responsibility in acquiring knowledge; pay attention in class; make sure to apply the viewpoints, contents and research methods into practice;  participate actively in exchanging and discussing so that the training course is truly innovative and of good quality./.
