Launching Ceremony of Journal of Cultural Research and Development
The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) held the launching ceremony of the Journal of Cultural Research and Development in the morning of March 16, 2023 in Hanoi. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, President of HCMA, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council attended and gave his opening speech at the ceremony.

Over the past decades, maritime border disputes have become more and more complicated among countries on the coast of the East Sea. The fact that fishermen of these countries still have invaded territorial seas in the region also exaggerates disputes, resulting in problems in relation to national security and diplomacy. This circumstance requires that the work of information and propaganda on Viet Nam’s sovereignty over seas and islands must be respected so that all organizations and people can reach adequate perceptions and behaviours in accordance with the law. It also helps to raise the sense of responsibility and readiness to defend the Fatherland among Vietnamese people at the same time.
