The book entitled “New points in documents of the 13^th National Party Congress” and some documents for learning and implementing the Resolution of the 13^th National Party Congress

The book entitled "New points in documents of the 13^th National Party Congress" with nearly 300 pages  covers 14 contents, analyzing new points in relation to context and preparation process of the Documents, vision and theme of the Congress; the approaches; summarizing the implementation of the Resolution of the 13^th National Party Congress and the renovation process; predictions, viewpoints and development orientation of the country for the 10-years period (2021 – 2030); key tasks, strategic breakthroughs; and also appreciating new contents in the development orientation of specific fields in the period of 2021-2025.

The book is compiled by leading prestigious experts on theoretical research from the Central Theoretical Council, contributing to clarifying the arguments and interpreting the content of the documents, thereby helping cadres, party members and people firmly grasp the viewpoints and policies of the Party, especially regarding new contents, promoting and encouraging the spirit of creative innovation, overcoming difficulties and challenges, and bringing the Resolution to life soon.

Besides publishing "Documents of the 13^th National Party Congress" and "New points in documents of the 13^th National Party Congress", the Truth National Political Publishing House in cooperation with the Central Theoretical Council and the Central Propaganda and Training Commission compiled and published a number of documents to serve learning and implementing the Resolution, such as: "Study materials for documents of the 13^th National Party Congress” (for grassroots cadres and party members); “Questions and answers on documents of the 13^th National Party Congress” (for union members, members of socio-political organizations and propaganda); “Research materials on documents of the 13^th National Party Congress” (for key officials and reporters); "Understanding terminologies in the documents of the 13^th National Party Congress"; “Speeches at the 13^th National Party Congress; etc.

On this occasion, the Organizing Board presented the book "New points in documents of the 13^th National Party Congress" to agencies, units, localities, schools,... for researching and studying.
