HUMAN RESOURCES 

As a national center for the research of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s Thought, the guidelines of the Party, the policies and law of the State, political science, leadership  and  management  sciences, the  Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics boasts a contingent  of lecturers and political scientific researchers with excellent professional knowledge, enthusiasm and devotion.

Among them, many people have ever undertaken the roles of leaders and managers at central as well as local agencies and sectors while the others have worked in different areas. Their plentiful experience from working reality has made the academy’s human resources distinctive and more eminent than those of other training establishments in the country.

In addition to its full-time lecturers, the academy also has a contingent of part-time lecturers who are leaders of the Party, the State as well as central and local agencies and organizations; leading scientists and lecturers in the country and the world.

THE HO CHI MINH NATIONAL ACADEMY OF POLITICS NOW HAS A STAFF OF NEARLY 2,200 PEOPLE (INCLUDING THOSE FROM ITS MEMBER ACADEMIES). OF THE TOTAL, 1,200 ARE RESEARCHERS AND LECTURERS WITH HIGH ACADEMIC TITLES AND DISTINCTIONS SUCH AS   PROFESSOR, ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR, DOCTOR  AND  MASTER.

FACILITIES

Much attention has been paid  to the  building  and  upgrading of technical facilities and equipment in the whole academy system. All classrooms are equipped with computers, multifunctional projectors and cameras, while all conference halls are installed with modern equipment. Students are provided with well-furnished accommodations while all working and teaching facilities have been  gradually modernized, basically meeting the learning, teaching, research and management requirements of the academy.

In addition, the  academy  and  its subsidiaries have a system of dining rooms, health clinics and sport centres for staff and students. The academy’s landscape and environment have been improved to make it more beautiful, greener and cleaner.

LIBRARY

The library of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics has the major task of providing reference documents  serving the leadership, management, training and scientific research in the academy system. The academy has paid attention to providing modern facilities and  equipment  for the  library while building and  developing information products and services serving the academy’s officials, staff and students.

The library has over 50,000 titles of valuable and rare classic, reference and scientific books, more than 100 Vietnamese newspapers and magazines, and nearly 50 newspapers and magazines in foreign languages.
